A Message to Theta Delt Parents

Please allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Bill Shannon, and I am the current Alumni Corporation President and a Charge Advisor for the undergraduate members of our fraternity, Theta Delta Chi.  I live in the Lehigh Valley and frequently travel to State College.  I graduated from Penn State in 1972 and worked in various aspects fo the hospitality industry for 35 years.  I currently operate a commercial real estate consulting business.  I am married, with three adult children and two grandchildren.

During my days as an undergraduate of Penn State, I forged many friendships that have lasted the test of time.  These friendships have impacted my life in such a positive way, and I am now motivated to give back to our Brotherhood.

My goal is to help guide Theta Delta Chi to be the very best fraternity at Penn State!  I want us to continue to excel in academics, community and campus service, intramural sports and philanthropic endeavors. I am also committed to helping our undergraduate members prepare for successful careers by connecting them to our Alumni who work in dozens of different industries and institutions.  Along the way, I also want us to develop life-long friendships and enjoy the great privilege of attending Penn State University.
